Our Community Based Health Insurance Service is carefully designed to accommodate, Households/Individuals, Associations, Societies or Occupational based Groups of mutual interest for collective pooling of Health risks in a voluntary manner. Individuals of active working life or retirees can participate in our community based scheme.
OUR BENEFIT PACKAGE
Our benefit package(s) varies depending on the prevailing healthcare challenges in, a particular ambiance. It is carefully designed to address the prevailing local morbidity and mortality issues.
We cover primary and Secondary Care issues, with very strong emphasis on preventive medicine, including pre and post-natal care, normal delivery, child welfare services (including immunization. We also handle consultation on Family Planning and Counselling.
ENROLLMENT
Registration is broken down into Units of at least 500 lives to form a Scheme Platform for successful implementation of our Community Healthcare Scheme.
PREMIUM PAYMENT
Premium contribution is individually paid into the pooling unit that forms the Scheme Platform on agreed periodic manner to enable the program take off.
MEDIC AL IDENTITY CARDS
Medical Identity Cards are produced and issued to all participating members of the insured Community based on the scheme duration to enable members present for care at the preferred hospitals.
ACCESSING CARE
Care is accessed on presentation of individual medical identity cared through the selected hospitals within the ambiance who met our Quality Assurance Process and Procedure for Accreditation and Credentialing.
